Tracking My Clients ("the Software") is proprietary software developed by BB Fiduciary Services. By creating an account you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Subscription and billing. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. A 30-day free trial applies to all new paid subscriptions — no charge until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and will not be charged. Beta accounts are free and will never be charged standard subscription rates; a reasonable storage fee may apply if usage grows substantially, disclosed in advance.

2. Pre-release software; use at your own risk. The Software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. It is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions that could affect data accuracy, availability, or integrity. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent records and backups.

3. No liability; total indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BB Fiduciary Services shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Software. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless BB Fiduciary Services, its owners, and affiliates against any and all such claims.

4. Your professional responsibility. The Software is a tool to assist your practice. It does not replace your professional judgment or your fiduciary obligations. You remain solely responsible for all work performed in connection with your cases.

5. Confidentiality. The Software and its features are confidential and proprietary. You agree not to copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or disclose it to third parties without written permission from BB Fiduciary Services.
